Many of Apple’s web-based services, including Apple Music, Apple TV +, App Store, Podcasts, Contacts and Apple Arcade, are down in some parts of the world as of Monday night. According to Apple’s own service uptime dashboard, users in India may have trouble using specific iCloud features, especially Calendar, Contacts and Private Relay, as well as Apple Maps and Find My network.
Problems appear layer by layer as different times are marked offline. In other parts of the world, people have gone to social media to report widespread malfunctions affecting the App Store, device registration program, Apple School Manager, iTunes Store, Apple News and more.
According to Dashboard available at Apple Online, Many of its consumer and internal services have experienced temporary or persistent malfunctions. In the case of the iCloud account and sign-in service, the page states that users may not be able to sign in to their Apple accounts, but may still use the Services. However, the iCloud Web Apps flagged only explained that “this service may be slow or unavailable”. iOS device activation was also not available, but problems with other Apple services persisted, which were later noted as resolved.
